I have Kodi on my decoder Vu+Duo2 e now also in a Box KIII
I noted differences betwen them...

Please could you tell me how to show the bigger icons under video or music?

uhm, those are add-ons (all piracy add-ons). if you really hate yourself that much, you track em down and install them and they will show up assuming you configure the skin to do so.

I showed you that image only as an example, i simply founded it in internet .........
In fact these are not my addons...

But all addons i have installed do not appear under the bar........ but only in the list.

hall9000 then enable add-on shortcuts in skin settings. i don't think this changed in v17 (that i'm on); settings -> interface -> skin settings, under 'add-on shortcuts' add your wanted selection.
