Win pvr.wmc stopped connecting - no longer see Live TV in menu
#1
I have been using pvr.wmc successfully for over 2 weeks, so I know I had this setup correctly
- but today it seems to be unable to connect to ServerWMC.

I tried to reload and still unsuccessful.
- ServerWMC successfully starts
- and I can watch Live TV via WMC
- but no longer seeing 'Live TV' menu option in Kodi home screen
- Live TV is enabled and pvr.wmc is still installed and enabled
- only change I see it appears there was a windows update ran overnight, but don't see how that could have affected these apps

I do not see any logs for Kodi being generated...but so see ServerWMC logs (relevant logs below)

@troberge please post the entire serverwmc log on pastebin.com. Also, are you running serverwmc as a service?

The kodi log is found in:
%appdata%\kodi
Windows Media Center PVR addon (pvr.wmc) and server backend (ServerWMC)

Thanks...

I just posted logs in pastebin.com.

ServerWMC.log: http://pastebin.com/qGSrLk52
kodi.log: http://pastebin.com/66f9mNr8

I am running with default settings and worked for about 2 weeks.
- So HTTP host service is not enabled
- my pvr add-on is set up to connect with default settings of using 127.0.0.1 on port 9080

Try deleting kodi's epg and tv database. You can do it from live tv settings menu, or delete them directly from here

%appdata%\kodi\userdata\database

then delete epg*.db and tv*.db. Best to do this with kodi not running. These databases will get refilled by serverwmc.

It depends on how you got your logos. If you get them serverwmc you should not have to do any reloading.
