Got the same Problem. I download Kodi 16 Jarvis from Kodi.tv and got the message that its damaged. From the Mirror from "808?" I get the same message.
I try to install kodi 17 and it works. than I replace the Kodi 17 with the Kodi 16 application and I got again the message that is damaged. And Kodi 17 can not be installed now, too.
I get there now also the message that the file is damaged.
I also tried to delete the Kodi folder in Library/Application Support/Kodi

Someone has an idea for this ?

Unbelievable. The forum is full of this question - please use the search function of the forum. You need to disable gatekeeper (google it).
