I am completely new to Kodi so I am checking how it works. I have a question regarding addons please. Can you recommend me the best Addons for movies that I can use?

If you search the video add-on section of the official Kodi repo there are alot of different channels you can get... But it depend on where your from for me CBS discovery thing like that I find of interest.

But I would note: The official Kodi version does not contain any content what so ever. This means that you should provide your own content from a local or remote storage location, DVD, Blu-Ray or any other media carrier that you own. Additionally Kodi allows you to install third-party plugins that may provide access to content that is freely available on the official content provider website. With that said it gives me the opportunity to refresh the terms you agreed to when signing up Official:Forum rules (wiki) I hope this thread is not going downhill after such a greeting!
