my problem.have downloaded 16.1 on windows 10 canot find it n computer.every time I clik on kodi icon it starts installing all over....any idea how I can start kodi

This will most likely be your anti-virus program quarantining Kodi and thus preventing installation.

don't click on the install file. kodi will have installed an icon. Click on that.

Spud like a windows installer issue to me. Not sure how to fix it.
