Steps to reproduce:
-Turn off "Settings / Media / Videos / Show empty TV Shows"
-Create a "TV Shows" playlist (e.g., recently aired TV Shows marked with a "wife" tag to indicate new shows for my wife)
-View playlist: empty TV shows appear anyway, ignoring setting.

Note: the setting is respected in other views (TV shows by title, year, genre, tag, etc.).

This is a regression from Kodi v16.
