Just wanted to voice my comments on the latest nightly build kodi-20170123-1925e3c. I am able to change the resolution to 4k, 3840x2160, and change the refresh rate between 24, 25, and 30 hz all within Kodi. Not sure which developer added this but kudos and thank you! No issues with up scaling either!
