open the config file config.xml with a text editor and sort the entries unter <movieDataSource> as you wish
this list is filled in the order you added the data sources

Oops, that sounds quite circumstantially. And you would have to do it each time again after adding / removing sources, I guess.
Isn't there a "common" manner to do it? May be in the settings or so?
Many thanks

Never seen a user having so many datasources
Better think of restructuring them a bit? (10 sources starting with same drive and directory?!)
If you order it in config file, it will be same as in GUI.
Adding one, will add it at the end...
And no, we won't change that, since i need the abolute ordering for commandline access....

Quote: Never seen a user having so many datasources SmileThere are still missing some drives.
Quote: Better think of restructuring them a bit? (10 sources starting with same drive and directory?!)Yes, some basic sorting on the drive. You mean one letter per one drive? You have a better idea / sorting?
Quote:If you order it in config file, it will be same as in GUI.Yes, just done it, works fine. So I could add the sources directly to that config file in the future.

Alright, no easier sorting.
Many thanks
Or, what about a drag and drop option to move the items in that menu?
