I have not played with it just yet:

Last I checked, that was from the earlier stages of Estuary... it looked and felt like the early alphas.

I am very curious about the Shield but I am concerned about some of the issues. I will definitely need it to do Atmos and DTS:X. Also, can it be controlled by a Harmony remote? I don't want to have to use the the controller or the remote that comes with it.

Does it have a sleep mode or only on or off? I was wondering if I set it to sleep while Kodi was running would it wake back up into Kodi or would it be back at the home screen?

Someone mentioned that it can be configured to boot right into SPMC. Can you then access Netflix and all the other apps from within SPMC?

Almost all the answers to your questions can be found in the Shield thread here: http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=304226 look at the specs sheet.

Yes, the Shield supports Atmos and DTS:X pass-through. Yes you can use a Harmony remote (2017 16GB BT only, 2015 16GB/Pro & 2017 Pro BT and IR).

Yes it has a sleep mode and yes if you put it to sleep while a app is running it should still be up when you wake it.

Yes, you can access all your apps via SPMC/Kodi.
