Yeah, the above quote is funny ... this happens when users add flags somewhere ... without knowing what it does.
First decide what functions / features you expect from a system. Then decide for the hardware. Don't waste your money on crap.

I am able to disable CPU C state support and halt state C1E in the bios
should I do it?
