I have tried searching for a solution to this issue but cannot find anying.Tbh I am unsure if i am even searching for the correct thing.

I am running Kodi 17 and have a dvbviewer backend.
When I access the EPG (pressing e on my keyboard) and press enter to selet a channel it brings up a sub page? with 5 options switch, find similar, record, add timer and search youtube.
How do I get the channel to play full screen when hitting the enter button? I have been through the setting for the PVR & live TV and can find nothing there that would make the change I want.

Any advice would be very welcome.

In the Guide options for Live TV in the Settings, change default action from Context Menu to Switch.

You Superstar, thank you very much. I had looked in that section but not realised there was a selecion menu there.
That will definitelty earn me some brownie points with SWMBO. Thanks again
