Disabling the "Use dim if paused during video playback" in the settings has no effect.

Kodi continues to use "Dim" when pausing a video instead of the selected screensaver.

Is this bug being addressed?

Anyhow, I don't think you can use a regular screen saver when a video is loaded (i.e. when it's paused). So it's dim, or no screen saving technique at all.
