Hello,

The black screen on startup issue is going on for me also on Kodi 17. Sometimes it works fine and sometimes first a popup telling that Kodi crashed appears, then black screen. If I plug in a keyboard and press first CTRL+ESC and then ALT+TAB usually the regular Kodi home screen appears (sometimes I have to do it twice).

You'll need to provide a log with debugging turned on, the log you provided doesn't have enough information. A cursory look and it tells me your video card is from 2011 so I definitely would seek support/latest drivers for that card.
