HI. I Uninstalled Kodi 16 due to streaming issues. Tried to Install Krypton version and keep getting the unexpected close issue. I cannot even get into kodi to get the debug log. help please.

Just follow the instructions at Log_file/Advanced#Turn_on_debugging_using_a_file_.28advancedsettings.xml.29 (wiki) and Log_file/Advanced#Location (wiki) to get a log if Kodi won't start.

Have you read the link I posted? No it's not the log it's a crash report.
The logfile can be found at this Log_file/Advanced#Location (wiki), but first you need to enable debug logging by following the instructions at Log_file/Advanced#Turn_on_debugging_using_a_file_.28advancedsettings.xml.29 (wiki)

This is the log I got for Kodi from my system logs
Is this the right one?

Yes that's the log.
Delete the file Addons27.db in /Users/Desai/Library/Application Support/Kodi/userdata/Database and try to start Kodi afterwards.
Now it should work

Can you describe the problem in words ? What version of kodi, what is happening ? Also please keep it to one forum post with the same question and please try to be a little more polite to us all!
Could be gatekeeper, could be broken database, something else.........

This needs a debug log (wiki) gathering, uploading to a PasteBin site and their link posting here. Try the advanced section if kodi can't start at all
