Hi i have downloaded the window version installer form your website. but when i tried to launch it, i was prompt a message saying the following


"the prgram cant start because api-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll is missing from your computer. try reinstalling the program to fix this problem."

i have reinstall three ties and yet still show me this message.

Please advice in how to install it properly....

That's an indication that the Microsoft visual c++ redistributable isn't (properly) installed. Should be easy enough to google and install manually.
