I hit the box that states, "REMOVE THIS MAIN MUNE IDEM" by mistake, how do I get it back?

Go into the settings and then skin settings. If you're using Estuary, there is a section for main menu items that will let you turn things on and off. If you're using a different skin, the settings for that might be in a different place.
