I have kodi installed on my iMac running the latest OS X version. My kodi setup has two chrome boxes so I use my sql to share my library.
Two days ago when opening kodi on the iMac it starts normally but I get on the message "Preparing" and only after a very long time it updates the library. Till recently this was very fast and to be honest nothing has changed to justify this change but now ... everytime I start Kodi on my iMac I have this problem (in the chrome boxes I don't have this problem).

I cant really find anything in the log thats really points to this problem. However i ran into something similar on my mac and this tool http://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid=...xturecache
Solved if for me. Just run the comaand to recache your local database
Texturecache.py C tvshows
Texturecache.py C movies
