Is there a way to completely clean out Kodi, but keep and/or restore all repo's and/or file manager sources?

The File Manager sources are stored in sources.xml in the userdata folder. Repositories are stored in the addons folder. You can just backup and restore these files from a USB drive or a separate folder on your device.
