Audio to multiple outputs at once?

I had this great idea that I would add a speaker in the kitchen for my wife, who likes to listen to TV shows while she's cooking. I ordered a nice Bluetooth speaker (it's close enough) and a Bluetooth adapter for the HTPC and then realized, wait, that's not gonna work...lol

So, can it work? Clearly Windows 10 is going to show it as two different audio outputs, as will Kodi. Any way to tie them together? Or any way at all to do this?
