Hello .Am trying to put kodi onto my laptop but each time it says it is downloaded I click on the icon and it starts the download process again .Its like groundhog day .I managed to download it onto a previous computer with no problems so don't know the answer .Any help please .

Where are you downloading it from and which version?

Hello.i am trying to download latest version from official Kodi website but says it loaded but when I click on Kodi icon it starts process again .Thank you

Clicking the link on the website just downloads the file, most likely to your downloads folder.
Go to this folder and double click the downloaded file.
This will start the install process.
Once this is complete you will find Kodi in your Windows menu. Start it from there.
