.. not working, doesn't search .. but since it's not working with default skin too, I'm not sure if it's a BUG in the skins or in kodi pvr itself ..

Not a skin issue. Ask in the PVR section of the forums about that feature. Be aware that you have to specify a folder with all channel icons in it. The channel icons must be named exactly as your channel names.

Yeah, that worked for me for since kodi implemented PVR section years ago, so it's obviously a PVR Bug ..
