Keeps saying "quit unexpectedly".... anyone know what this is all about?

First I tried Replacing the old version with the new version. Then I tried deleting all the kodi files I could find from my computer and reinstalling the new one. Neither option has been successful. I would love some insight if anyone has anything!!!!
