I trying out VPNs on my PC. I stream stuff from my network to the TV with a Kodi Android box. When the VPN is running on the PC I cant access the files files on the PC with Kodi. What do I need to configure so I can access the files?

You'll need to ask your VPN provider. This is not a Kodi support issue.
