Is it possible to implement User Ratings as used in Kodi?

Movies would have the single User Rating
TV Shows would have User Rating for the TV Show level and the Episode level

not at the moment - multiple ratings (official and user ones) would break the whole rating structure in tmm and our scrapers.
But we already have that on our todo list for v3 where we can do breaking changes
