Is there anyway to download content - like NaviX - via the video plugins on xbmc - for example Divxlive content saved to the HDD?

In plugin directlry:
1. White button, 2. Switch Source, 3. Filemanager.
4. navigate and find the show
5. White button.
6. Choose Copy.
It is really counter intuitive
Thought I'd post it up as the 'do a search -every question should only be asked and answered once' mentality is sometimes unhelpful though I do know why they think like that.
