Why not just use multiple strings? Different languages have different grammatical structures, so what you are requesting doesn't really make sense to me as it defeats the purpose of having localized strings in the first place.
I can't really think of a legitimate use case for this... An example of how you want to use it would be helpful.
If you really need to do it you could cheat by using a VAR
e.g.
