Murphy's law again (I think it's one his anyway). This morning it started working almost by itself.. I did not change the paths but I did edit again and save the sources (from the GUI, previous edits were done to the xml file itself..) and then when asked to scan for new content it started finding the files.. Maybe some invisible formatting in the xml file was not agreeing with the program.

Anyway thanks for the advices!!
