Airy TV

I've been looking at Airy TV and I haven't seen anything with it involving Kodi (tried searching the forum).  I'm having a difficult time differentiating between it and Pluto/Xumo.  Is it possible to create an addon for it, is it legal?

Inspecting their video source shows me that they are basically making playlists using video from archive.org:
Code:
<video src="https://ia803106.us.archive.org/1/items/thefugitives01e29stormcenter/The%20Fugitive%20S03E11%20Set%20Fire%20to%20a%20Straw%20Man.mp4" preload="auto" autoplay="" style="width: 100%; height: 100%;"></video>

So with regards to if it is legal or not, I would say yes.

So if this legal, as we have addons to connect to DailyMotion and YouTube, is it possible to create an addon for it.  I don't have enough knowledge yet to know if this is possible so I'm asking.

Anyone out there working on this add-on?  Just checked it out, and Airy looks like another pretty good source of free entertainment.
