Sorry for the thousand times asked question, but i'm terribly confused.
I'm searching to view TV via iptv as iptv client does, but with recording capability. I don't have a DVB capture card. I read about mythTV and TVheadend, but it seems they both need a capture card even if this wiki kodi page says tvheadend provide iptv. Could someone point me to the right direction??
