Hi, I had add some video to the library in Chinese, when I browse them it can't display Chinese in file. I had download the language add on.

When you say "can't", what do you mean exactly?

If you see "boxes" instead of the characters, your font doesn't have coverage for the needed unicode codepoint. In Estuary skin select the Arial-based font option. For other skins check with skin author.
Note that the "language" add-ons just supply the needed text translations for the UI, they don't do anything to actually ensure you can display the text.
