Hello, I have a SmartTV Thomson 40FB5406. I would like to know if it is possible to have Kodi installed on this?

Kodi can only be directly installed on TVs that run android. From a quick look I don't think your one does?
If not then you need a plugin box or device to run Kodi on.

So I guess the solution is to install it on my laptot and use a HDMI wire for the TV?
