Hi there!

I've installed kodi on my machine, (kubuntu 17.04) and after the install i can't run kodi.
After that i went to see the log if i could find the reason why is that, and i found the problem.

In my log file i have:

ERROR: SQL: [Addons27.db] SQL error or missing database

So, with that how can i solve this problem?

rm -rf ~/.kodi/userdata/Database/Addons27.db

Then try to restart Kodi.
