I have looked at XML files for text color changes, I know it's there but I am unable to find it , this is a screen shot of what I'd like to change http://prntscr.com/fah85i I want the text color to be one color but when it's hovered upon it changes like you see from gray to white, but I want my OWN custom colors added.

Better to ask in the forum of the skin you are trying to modify as each skin has elements in different locations.
