Hi. I am using LibreElec on RPi3, on a Sharp TV, with CEC enabled. It works fine, until I removed the Raspberry Pi to a different TV. This time, a Samsung TV with support of AnyNet. It's not working. I also moved this unit to another Sharp TV with CEC functionality (Aquoslink), though this is a much current model, and CEC not working.
My question is, does it require reset, or reinstallation of LibreElec when you move the same Raspberry Pi from one TV brand/ model to another?
Thanks.

Everything else the same, even the HDMI cable?
Occasionally, I have to turn the TV on and off to get CEC working, but moving the PI to TVs with CEC enabled hardware should work.

On one occasion (Samsung), same cable, on separate occasion (Sharp), different cables, but still under the presumption that the cable is capable to send CEC signals.
No reinstall needed?

A reinstall shouldn't be needed in general.
Do you have any custom settings in config.txt?
Some TVs require CEC to be specifically enabled for the attached device.
Have you been through the Samsung TV menus and chosen AnyNet and selected the Pi?
