Linux Startup crash after upgrading to 17.2
#16
s**t, I just removed it. I noticed I had 6GB of old files and I remove everything older than 30 days thinking that file would be recent Sad

Sorry.

PS. Would this be fine?

Same here. Linux Mint 17.3. 64bit?
Waiting for a fix (impossible for me to reinstall 17.1, don't know why...)

Known issue, already fixed in git. Only affected systems: Those with > 3 year old gcc compilers without proper c++11 support.
First decide what functions / features you expect from a system. Then decide for the hardware. Don't waste your money on crap.

The team released a fix and I verified that it solved the problem. Version 17.2+git20170524.2105-final-0trusty for Ubuntu.
