There is no patch, at least not for including exif descriptions/text. This thread talks about adding exif support, but only to rotate images: http://forum.xbmc.org/showthread.php?tid=3202

No it's not. There's a patch on sourceforge that is currently being worked on.

If you can not wait and you have the XDK and Visual Studio .NET 2003 then you can compile XBMC with this patch yourself to test, however an approved version of the patch will probably be included in the official XBMC SVN relation (and thus later coming with a T3CH build) relativly soon, ...sorry can not give you an E.T.A., maybe a week or two, or three, ...you can follow the progress of the patch here => http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php...tid=581840
