ok sorry if it was discussed before but how about a LibreELEC (19) Version for the Pi4? The LibreELEC (18) isn't very stable. Problems with UI Animation and so on. So it might be an improvement with the newer Version.

At the moment the LibreELEC 9.2 (Kodi 18) version is still the best option for RPi4, and there's a lot of work yet to be done in order to get Kodi 19 and the latest mainline kernel working well on RPi4. Significant changes are planned for RPi hardware support in Kodi 19 (replacing MMAL with V4L2/GBM) which is still being developed and not yet ready for testing. As soon as a Kodi 19 build for RPi4 is ready for testing you'll see it here first...
