For me, CECToggleState is not working as expected.

I recently bought a WeChip G20 Remote Control.  Getting the Remote Control to work was straight forward - just plug and play.
I then changed the power button to toggle the CEC State instead of opening the power menu by creating a keymap:

Do you have the same behaviour with the official LibreELEC 9.2.0 release (based on Kodi 18.x)? Or only with these Kodi 19 test builds?
