Do you have the same behaviour with the official LibreELEC 9.2.0 release (based on Kodi 18.x)? Or only with these Kodi 19 test builds? 
Unfortunately, I am currently not able to test this on LibreELEC 9.2.0.  I'll update you in case I find some time.

after updating to 018 Version the Channel OSD did not close after channel switching.

What version were you using before #0118? Is #0118 the first version with this issue?

Edit: Also, are you testing with stock Estuary? Not really seeing anything in #0118 which might relate to the OSD so this issue likely began with an earlier build - which one I don't know.
