v19 LibreELEC Testbuilds for RaspberryPi (Kodi 19.0)
@Milhouse just for feedback - I can confirm that LWPCookieJar and ffmpegdirect work fine on build #0213.

Cheers,

Jx-
Great, thanks for confirming!

FYI, the information you shared w.r.t. SWAP seems to have a typo.  I had to name the file /storage/.config/swap.conf to get swap up configured properly.

Confirming the build when it started would also help. I don't believe anything has deliberately changed in this area
(as far as partial backtrace goes, this isn't even in Pi specific code).

@raoulbhatia I've uploaded #0213d which is a debug-enabled build: RPi2

Can you reproduce the crash and upload the crashlog? (see notes below on increasing swap, first!)

If you can identify when the crashing started that would also be extremely helpful.

[...]

http://ix.io/2bLN (note: pastecrash didn't work, so I did cat kodi_crash.log | pastebinit)
  1. I deployed the debug build onto my Raspberry Pi 3 Model B Plus Rev 1.3 while TV was off
  2. I started the TV and played one episode of "Bobo" via Amazon Prime, around 08:49h local time
  3. I had to switch off the TV while the show was still running.
  4. Around 13:23h I had again time to test.  I started another episode of "Bobo" via Amazon Prime.
  5. Kodi crashed while the "loading wheel" was spinning i.e. w/o even showing the first frame.
  6. The RPi/Linux itself was still up and running.
Let me know if you need any other information from my side before I revert to a #0117 (sorry, still got no time to bisect the releases).

Raoul
Yes sorry I originally posted test instructions that included an alternative config filename - corrected now.

Unfortunately ix.io imposes a 1MB file size limit and its much easier to exceed the limit with a debug-enabled crashlog, which would prevent pastecrash from working.

[*]Include [pkg] PR:17085 (perma): [subtitles] decode html escape characters

@Shanyel are you still using these Millhouse builds on your RPi? you previously reported a problem with Hebrew subs in a v17 testbuild here https://forum.kodi.tv/showthread.php?tid...pid2450230 after the merger of a PR, as a result of your report the PR was reverted however that left the problem it was trying to fix unresolved. There's now been another attempt to fix the problem that PR attempted to solved without causing any problem to Hewbrew subs see https://github.com/xbmc/xbmc/pull/17085 this is included in this build as bolded above.

Testing has already been carried out that seems to confirm Hewbrew is ok with the new PR (refer to PR for details), however if would be good if you could repeat the scenario under which you spotting the previous problem with Hewbrew subs to give us further confidence new PR is ok to merge.
Hi,

starting with #0216 my tv scraper in unable to download episode information via curl.

2020-02-18 19:12:48.125 T:503   ERROR: CCurlFile::Open failed with code 0 for http://api.themoviedb.org/3/tv/xxxx/seas...en,en,null:
2020-02-18 19:12:48.125 T:503   ERROR: Run: Unable to parse web site

I strongly suspect PR:13409 is the culprit since it also causes addon download problems, as reported in the x86 threat.

After revering to #0214 I#m able to scrape tv shows.
I just mention this, in case somebody else has problemes scraping.

Are you sure it started with #0216? In the next build (#0218) I'm dropping the curl wrapper PR13409 added in #0215 as that is causing issues with Netflix etc.
