It seems a few people have Tiny XP running fine with XBMC. Using Xmas 2008 edition all is fine and the ATI drivers go in seemingly fine BUT I can't get anything other than 1280x1024 resolution at 16bit colour depth. May be something else unrelated but I'm currently stuck and XBMC won't run with those settings. Have tried reinstalling drivers, removing device etc to no avail.

Any ideas very much appreciated.

EDIT: Seems that RDPing to the box wasn't helping. So connected to the plasma the correct resolutions are available. However - I'm still having issues getting rid of the black border around the desktop. Thanks for any info.

EDIT: ATI defaults to underscan. Got CCC running finally and switched it off. All now OK.
