Apple Remote again...
#1
I am aware that this topic has been discussed a zillion times, but I couldnt find a good description how to actually get it working.

I am looking to get my Apple Remote working (just basic functionality). Ideally, I woudl like to keep "Sofa Control" on as this allows me to switch between application (e.g., XBMC and Slingbox).

Now my questions:

(i) When I start XBMC, it says "deactivating Sofa Control". Any chance to stop this from happening?

(ii) Apple Remote currently doesnt function anymore after having started XBMC. Any chance to get it running?

I did many searches in the forum, but nothing really helped me to figure it out.

Your help is extremely appreciated!!!

Thoughts? Have now uninstalled Sofa Control. Has anyone got the Apple Remote working within XBMC?
