If you want to be a developer, you need to be proficient in C/C++ and be willing to work as a team.
If you want to help out skinning, you need to be proficient in graphics tools and willing to learn the XML coding syntax.
If you want to assist with testing, you need to be open to checking trac regularly + helping to reproduce bugs, directing developers with simple steps for how to reproduce bugs.
If you want to help out with the wiki you need to be a reasonably writer and be willing to document things thoroughly (asking for assistance where needed).
If you want to help out financially, then you can donate money to help us pay for hosting and supply developers with hardware for testing.
If you want to help out on the forums you can start responding to other's queries, assisting by pointing them to specific portions of the manual and so on.
These are just a few things you can do to help.
Cheers,
Jonathan
