I have some questions about resolutions and aspects.

1) When I change resolution in XBMC settings it doesn't really change something but just change virtual screen size, but output resolution remains the same. Is it supposed to be like that? Or it just not implemented yet? Or it is just something with my particular setup?

2) I have 16:9 SD TV attached via RGB scart. If I set standard PAL resolution in xorg.conf (which is in fact 3:4, 576x768) how can I tell XBMC that my screen is 16:9 in fact?

You mean 4:3, 768x576 (768 pixels lines horizontaly, and 576 pixels lines vertically)?



In any case, please post a debug log from XBMC
