Unable to navigate menus in full screen mode
#1
After successfully running XBMC on my Ubuntu 8.04 laptop I took the plunge and put together a dedicated PC for XBMC.
Ubuntu 8.04 i686 up to date as of today
Intel E7200 C2D
Using motherboard's built in NVIDIA 7100
XBMC SVN 15111

I am not having any luck running XBMC in full screen though. When I switch to full screen I lose the ability to navigate in XMBC. The remote doesn't work and using the keyboard doesn't work. When I say doesn't work, what I mean is I can see the cursur flash on whatever item is selected when I hit a key but the key press does not take affect unless I hold it down a few seconds.

If I hit \ and switch out of full screen everything works great. If I have the system info up while switching to full screen my CPU is sitting around 6% so it doesn't seem like the full screen issue thread that I found on here where the CPU goes to 100%.

Any ideas?

OK, apparently I should have waited 10 minutes before posting this! I switched from 1280x720 in XBMC to 720P and the problem is gone.

Interesting though - is that a bug I wonder?
