USB stick error
#1
When trying to create the USB stick I keep getting the following error:

ERROR: Firmware file "b43/ucode5.fw" not found or load failed. You must go to linuxwireless.... and download the correct firmware.

I could select the stick and it asked me to format it, but the above error message kept popping up multiple times. Any idea?

It's a 4GB transcend jetset stick for what it's worth...

very strange, I let it run and ignored the error messages, then it finished preparing the USB stick, but now when I boot off of the stick I keep the same message popping up again after seeing the initial XBMC screen, Then screen goes black and then the messages come up again.

So, after XBMC ate my transcend USB stick and it's fried now, I tried it with a different stick, a Kingston Data Traveler this time.

I also re-downloaded the image file and burned it on another CD, just in case.

On my Dell Latitude D620 I can boot up with the CD and when I select "0" I am still getting all sorts of error messages, including the previous mentioned:

b43/ucode5.fw not found

b43-phy0 error

device descriptor read/64, error -110

and then somehow it finishes copying the files over to the stick with gazllion repetition of the above errors. When I boot of the stick I get the blank screen and this message:

could not find kernel image:linux
boot:_

Since I have 0 knowledge of linux I would appreciate some help. Thanks!
