I have XBMC on my appletv, can I access it with the web interface. On the web it seems to be about the actual Xbox and not my AppleTV?

One other thing after watching a movie or stream or anything and returning back the clicky noises disappear. This is also an issue on Boxee.

Yes, you have to enable the web interface.
