Hey There!

I just installed XBMC by adding the following lines to my sources.list and using apt-get:

deb http://ppa.launchpad.net/team-xbmc-hardy/ubuntu hardy main
deb-src http://ppa.launchpad.net/team-xbmc-hardy/ubuntu hardy main

Everything when fine during the install but when I start it up the mouse will not move inside the window. I can use the keyboard to move around but the mouse freezes as soon as I bring it into the XBMC window.

Any ideas as to what might be causing this? I'm running Ubuntu 8.04.

I've sort of figured out the problem. I was running a synergy server from the same machine. When I close synergy the mouse behaves properly in xbmc...this does fix the problem, but I'd like to be able to run both at the same time.
