Wrong encoding for Atlantis shipped German translation

The German language file for MediaStream seems to be ANSI encoded instead of UTF-8. The result is that all special characters and the two following characters are missing in XBMC. The fix is easy: Open the xml file and save UTF-8 encoded.

This happens with the German language file that shipped with the 8.10 Atlantis release. Hope you can fix this for the next Atlantis release.

Which platform? It should've been fixed on all of them.

On Windows. I didn't have that issue with the Beta 2 but it showed up after installing the final release.
