Is it possible to have true alphabetical file ordering? So that files don't get seperated from folders?

As of now it's only windows style file ordering where file and folders are separated and there's no case sensitivity in lists of a folder.

I little prefs tickbox where you could select file ordering seperated on/off and case sensitivity yes/no would be very nice.
